      o CUSTOMIZE RECRUITING – use GESI's user-friendly resources and expert support to access international students to match the institution's program offerings.
 
       o CREATE PARTNERSHIPS – increase both the quantity and quality of partnerships with campuses abroad by pursuing initiatives such as:
o New curriculum offerings, either online or study abroad.
o Student exchanges and dual enrollment.
o Faculty development and exchanges.
o Satellite campuses.
o Joint research projects.​
